Part 3 · Reintroduction

One food at a time. Small amounts first. Five to seven days between trials. The reintroduction protocol that lets you find out what your body is actually reacting to, instead of guessing.

Will it work for my autoimmune condition?
I can't promise. Every body is different and the elimination diet is a tool for noticing, not a cure. What I can say is that the process is worth trying, and the guide makes trying easier.
How long does it take?
Three months of careful elimination, then reintroduction across roughly four to six weeks. The guide walks through both stages and what to track at every step.
