Here's the simple version: I only collect what you knowingly give me. I don't sell anything. I don't track you across the web. I don't use the creepy cookies.
The honest version
What I collect
If you sign up to the letter, I keep your email address. That's it — no name required. If you buy something (a book or the guide), the transaction runs through a trusted third party (Stripe, Etsy, the bookshop) and I only see what I need to get it to you.
If you send me a message, I keep the message so I can reply to you. I'll probably remember your name the next time you write, because that's the kind of thing I do.
What I don't do
I don't sell your email, your data, or anything about you. I wouldn't know how. I don't track you across the web with advertising pixels. I don't run retargeting campaigns. I don't use cookies to build a profile of you.
If I ever add analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting one that doesn't identify you, and I'll update this page so it stays honest.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the letter at any time — there's a link at the bottom of every one. You can ask me to delete anything I have about you by writing to the address at the bottom of this page; I'll do it, and I'll tell you it's done.
Under UK GDPR you can also ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or move it elsewhere. Same address, same promise.
The cookie thing
I don't use marketing or tracking cookies on this site. There may be one or two strictly-necessary cookies if I ever add a feature that needs them; if so, there'll be a banner first.
Contact me
For anything to do with your data, or this policy, write to hello@anitasanto.co.uk. I read every email. I usually reply within the week — unless it's a flare week, in which case it might be two.
